This next stand alone makes a trip to the Park City Farmers Market worth it. The Underground Kitchen is one of the super-rare Gluten-free baked goods in the Park City area. Owner Bonnie Soderborg has a fantastic variety of delicious gluten-free items, but make sure you get there earlier -her display is popular and can easily sell out before the market is over.
